Question for Tombo

You posted some pics on the English site of a crazy cylinder with 2 extra exhaust ports and drillings down the cylinder from the transfer ports.......What did it go like I seem to remember it had a really high exhaust port like 20mm from the top or similar?

Well, i've tried it just a month ago, but one of the little exhaust ports was leaking (trough the barrel...). Last year i've tried to fix it with gungum (exhaust putty), but it didnt work very well. It didn't leak for about 30 seconds, but then it started to leak already. So i quit the testing (it has no use if cant get your exhaust free from leaking exhaust gasses, or in this case, if your barrel ).
I drove it 2 years ago with a leaking barrel, it made a lot of rev's, pull like crazy at high RPM, on low RPM it was really really rubbish. I also think that i nead a better exhaust and ignition if i really want to get the maximum amount of horsepower

Could you try some of the high temp epoxy on it? How high was the exhaust port from the top of the bore?

Could try that, but i'm going to try to hard solder it. That should do the trick i think..
Exhaust port was very high, i think about 20mm's from top, i will measure it when i have the time

Where abouts is it leaking into the stud hole?
