Hey fizzy enthusiasts, I havent been on here in a while thought it was time to update the world on the progression of the mad ******* mobile. Current list of mods are 43mm cylinder ported to the tits with kx60 piston,adapted ysr electronic ignition, 12v electrics, gs500 controls,12/36 gearing, cbr125 tires,computer clock,ysr aluminum clutch.
The latest upgrades are a 21mm delorto, with heavily modified intake and reed cage, crancase stuffing and flowing with the aid of mr JB weld, and california made team calamari expansion designed for YSR racing.
Extensive mods on the clutch cover had to be made
Using .3mm carbon fibre reeds
Intake plate had to be made to fit the new inlet and carb
crank pins were plugged with cork and a thin jb weld cap to hold them in
crancase was flowed and opened up for the higher inlet opening
beautiful fit and i can still use the stock cover
I got a so called racing float bowl with a main jet access hole so i didnt have to pull the intake off everytime i had to change the main.
