thats cool, is it legal in your country to make your own number plates? and you need two on your bike?

The number plates are ok as long as the figures are the correct size and font, the rear one is close enough but the front one the letters are too small however it's not a legal requirement I just wanted one to go with the Cafe Racer look.

Some more progress, got the fork legs polished and fitted and the front mudguard hanging on

hier in nederland op de brommer? volgens mij niet voor de brom, en motor kenteken, denk ik ook niet, dat weet ik zo niet

For some reason Honda saw fit to only chrome the bottom of the legs so I'm left with a choice to make, have them re-chromed.........unlikely, paint the tops black......possible, or something else I haven't thought of yet . At least the clip-ons clear the tank on full lock now.

ik veronderstel dat zolang je maar betaalt alles mogelijk is, zoals met de autonummerplaten in Belgie zolang je maar in het lopende stramien blijft van de op die moment lopende letter en cijfercombinatie.

Well it seems plan "C" is going to work for the fork tops, I found some chrome fablon in my local Focus store and thought I'd give it a try, works a treat, might have to fit a grub screw to the clip ons to make sure they don't move but I'll cross that bridge later.

This shows just how little of the fork tops show with the bars and headlamp brackets on

At last I can see what the finished article will look like
